Before shipping, every item is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. As a result, manufacturing defects are extremely rare. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, we are committed to providing a smooth exchange process.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1.1. Exchanges for Manufacturer Defects
- If your item has a manufacturer defect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers must return the defective item first for inspection. Once approved, we will ship the replacement product.
Each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues, we are here to assist you.
1.2. Exchanges for Sale & Promotional Items
- Sale and promotional items with manufacturer defects are eligible for exchange. However, they can only be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
- Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged for a different product or refunded.
1.3. General Exchange Conditions
- We do not accept exchanges for personal preference changes (e.g., if you change your mind about a product).
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will notify you with alternative options.
- Customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@mipagolf.com with your order number, a video, and clear photos of the defective item. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on the next steps.
2. Refund Policy
At MIPA Golf, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to defective products through our exchange policy.
