PRICING POLICY

Mipa Golf is committed to providing our global customers with premium golf apparel and accessories through a transparent and clear pricing policy. All pricing structures, taxes, and related financial obligations on our international website (mipagolf.com) are governed by the following terms:

1. Listed Currency

• To facilitate international transactions, all product prices displayed on the website mipagolf.com are officially listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

2. Value Added Tax (VAT) and Commercial Invoice

• The price displayed on the product detail page is the final retail price and is inclusive of domestic product taxes at the country of origin (Vietnam) if applicable.
• Upon successful completion of an order, Mipa Golf will issue and enclose a legal Commercial Invoice inside the shipping package corresponding to the actual transaction value paid by the customer for customs clearance and order validation.

3. Exclusions of Shipping Costs, Import Duties, and Destination Taxes

• All listed product prices exclude international shipping fees, destination customs duties, local import taxes (such as VAT, GST, etc.), or brokerage clearance fees implemented by the destination country's government.
• Customer's Responsibility: The recipient/buyer is solely responsible for paying all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their country’s regulations to clear the package through customs. Mipa Golf has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
• Specific shipping fees based on the total order value will be automatically calculated at checkout or explicitly stated to the customer during order confirmation, in strict compliance with our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.

4. Price Modifications and Accuracy

• Mipa Golf strives to ensure that all pricing information displayed on the website is completely accurate. In the rare event of a technical system error that results in an incorrect price listing, Mipa Golf will actively contact the customer within 24 working hours to resolve the issue, guide adjustments, or cancel the order with a 100% refund.
• Product prices are subject to change without prior notice based on marketing campaigns, promotional events, or pricing updates from our brand headquarters. Any price adjustments will apply immediately to new transactions on the Site and will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed by Mipa Golf prior to the change.
