1. Geographical Scope of Delivery

• Mipa Golf supports order processing and provides international shipping services on a global scale (Worldwide Shipping).
• For orders bound for remote areas, islands, or regions experiencing force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instabilities), actual delivery times may take longer than expected. Mipa Golf will actively contact the customer via Email to provide detailed updates.

2. Out-of-Stock Resolution

• Due to high transaction volumes occurring simultaneously across multiple channels, certain products displayed on the website may occasionally experience sudden inventory shortages.
• In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, Mipa Golf is responsible for notifying the customer directly via Email within 12 working hours. Customers will have the right to choose an alternative product code/color of equal value or request a cancellation with a 100% refund of the pre-paid amount back to their payment card.
